Google Earth is an amazing free application that you can use to paruse the world from your desktop.  From Google Earth you can check out your yard, area 51, the pyramids, stone henge.  It doesn't get better than this if you want to see where you going on your next trip, or just your next trip across town.  You cant beat the price and the ease of use.  Great application, you won't be dissapointed.
